“Gatekeeping 101 & Cultural Rage Theory by Keith Mywrath.

Use his words wisely and carefully, for they were not meant to be used in futile attempts to defend any assumed historic privileges for you, or to further any of your intended poisonous psychological micro aggressive behavioural traits, especially prejudicial behaviour that aims to deceive and obfuscate in order to convey some form of empty empathy with your intended targets but really is a pathetic attempt to “teach them” and keep them under control like “Children”.

Believe! - This is a different day; different generation and we really don’t respect your assumed privileges or in fact have any patience or time for your foolishness!

You can’t speak about a Colourblind world and then complain that you are seeing too many people of colour on your doorstep and in society.

For us, your fragile rhetoric is in fact barely disguised versions of modern day ‘Slave codes’ that you are deliberately utilising to hide behind and to enable futile dog whistle political and distractive behaviour for your gallery of sycophants to enjoy!

Your pathetic dog whistling to that gallery is in fact related to the generations that took their families to watch public lynching’s like it was a Drive-in movie, “Driving myth crazy” anyone?

Your lame narratives are being used to comfort, signpost and manipulate ignorant people to contribute to stalling agendas and tactics for those wishing to hide the true nature of their treasured affinity with the ‘GOB’ “Good old boys” Netwoke!

However, many of you that think they are safely hidden in sight with their divisive thoughts, are now fortunately being whipped and lashed out of sight and hopefully out of existence at the same time!

We do see you in your desperate attempts to “three card trick” three of the essential pillars of “change”:

As your “change” consist of trying to conflate the words:

1/.  Diversity for “Diversionary”,

2/. Inclusivity for yet more decades of “Ignorance”

3/. Equality for “Evasion”,

So that things stay the same under your control!

Your ineffective efforts are really just cynical lynching’s of the truth!

Those efforts are being employed to conceal the aims of bad intentioned individuals, who see their assumed privileged platforms disappearing faster into the distance, than Usain Bolt running 100 metres!

These bad intentioned individuals provide nothing of worth but instead continue to provide manipulative and deliberately misleading narratives at the drop of a hat to any and every conversation and situation. They do this in order to divert attention from their “Sleight of hand” tactics, that they think they have “Mastered” but in reality, they are really full of the “Most-turd” and should be discarded, as their previous effectiveness, have now been blunted!

Maybe you still haven’t had enough time to explore in detail the myriad of avenues and opportunities offered by academia and that have been kindly provided and endorsed by the very people you want to ignore, by utilising different 3D perspectives of distrust, dislike and disrespect. You also derail, discredit and devalue with your poisonous narratives whenever it takes your fancy!

Such a shame as you could have been trusted allies and advocates for change.

Instead you seem to deliberately swap “Change” for “Chance” to lead others astray!

I mean we are in the 21st century where numerous documentaries, books, films, Workshops, Panels, Visual guides, listening guides etcetera are readily available to help you, but still you prefer to wallow in self-pity and jealousy for the enjoyment of others and always accompanied by a barrow load of excuses!

We do see you when you are cynically positioning yourselves to give us “advice”.

We do see you whenever your assumed positions of power are brought into question, or you feel threatened or disregarded, because like clockwork out comes the fragility Joker card to be slammed onto the table!

Well, we are also at those tables now and no longer on the menu!

We are Inhabiting those spaces where you wore your old school tie and smoked your cigars, and it was said that “in its heydays from the 18th to the 20th centuries, Britain was revered as "the empire on which the sun never sets" to signify its vastness. It is estimated that Britain controlled 25 percent of the earth landmass, which meant that there was always daylight in one of its territories.”

Well, frankly you can now stick your Cigar where the Sun don’t shine and as for the old school tie ”Burn dat ting” because it has no relevance for us whatsoever!

We are not bringing you the Tea anymore but instead bringing a large Jug of the Truth and in addition we also have plenty of our own tables where we make our own decisions!

Yes, we really do see you, when you want to “other” and Columbus us and any conversations or situations that you feel challenges your perception of your supremacy history.

We firmly reject your typical ring-fencing activities, your cynical Master/Slave sideshow behaviour and your frankly boring narratives used to create and enforce modern Plantation field Silos, that are then championed and controlled by flaccid ‘GOB’ Netwoke vocabulary!

You need to show humility and a willingness to learn how to engage with the extremely necessary journey of de-Columbusing and decolonising your poisonous mind set, because at the moment all you seem to have, is an abundance of disturbing learned behaviour, that really should be no longer acceptable in any so called civilised society of which you in particular champion whenever suits you!

Trust me these all need to be unlearnt fast!

All you’re really doing is ‘Auction blocking’ Martin Luther King Jr’s words!

It is said that Martin Luther King Jr was a complicated, inspirational leader and character.

In order to comprehend the importance of trying to understand the complexity of figures like Martin Luther King Jr, who would constantly address uncomfortable truths about society, in his advocacy for social change. It’s unhelpful and patronising when you spend so much time and effort trying to reduce his life’s work into one phrase, no matter how good you think it was, and especially in order to make yourself feel good!

MLK jr also said many other things and some were actually uncomfortable listening for all and that are still poignant markers of where we currently are, as people and as functioning fair and equal societies!”

An example of such a quote such is the following:

“Loose and easy language about equality, resonant resolutions about brotherhood fall pleasantly on the ear, but for the Negro there is a credibility gap he cannot overlook.

He remembers that with each modest advance the white population promptly raises the argument that the Negro has come far enough. Each step forward accents an ever-present tendency to backlash.”

— MLK Where Do We Go from Here: 1967

In conclusion

“I can’t believe what you say, because I see what you [don’t] do.”

You can’t speak about a Colourblind world and then contradict yourself by complaining that you are seeing too many people of colour on your doorstep and in society!

What kind of number is too many? Should there be quotas to appease you?

It’s ridiculous to put forward the name of people who have been recognised for their achievements, endeavors and bodies of work over a few decades, as if that recognition negates the achievements of centuries of awards proffered on people that look like you, even as it has always been alleged that in some cases, some of these accolades were not warranted or honestly earned!

We see you when you try to suffocate us, this suffocation can include: racial harassment, gaslighting, and marginalisation.

We see you when you attempt to police the dialogue and language of Black and ethnic minority people (based on what you view as palatable), this kind of ‘psychosis of superiority’ is socialised in order to teach perceived entitlement and superiority.

How many years have these views been percolating in your conscience?

Have they ever affected your impartiality in your work?

Fairness, honesty and balance in your academic response to the work that you ‘oversee’, how much can we expect that your political views have not affected your work?

Can people relying on your guidance or responses, and trust that they have been dealt with fairly?

When you’re accustomed to privilege, Equality feels like oppression and Equity is even more of a Panic!

“But without equity, we’ll never achieve equality, On top of that, people often find equity difficult because they fear an equitable system will take something away from them.

When they see someone else getting something they aren’t, they don’t stop to consider that their circumstances or existing privileges might mean they don’t need that thing. Instead, all they see is that there is a privilege they’re being denied.” Nancy Dome. Renowned Speaker-Author-Equity Consultant.
